Bama Bound Schedule Overview
During Bama Bound, students and guests will connect with multiple campus partners and student leaders.
Lunch for the day is provided. Offices across campus are open and available following the end of your session to answer questions before you leave.
Students must attend all scheduled sessions to be cleared to register for classes. Nametags must be worn at all times.
Tentative schedule is subject to change. A more detailed schedule will be provided at Check-In.

One-Day Bama Bound Schedule
On-Campus Lodging
If you choose to stay on campus during Bama Bound, your lodging is at Ridgecrest South.
Check-In
On the night you are checking in, please plan to arrive between 4 to 6 p.m. to check in at Ridgecrest South (students only). You will be assigned suitemates at check-in.
If you check in before your session starts, please leave your luggage in your vehicle if possible. If you do not have a vehicle with you, please ask for a member of professional staff so we can assist you!
Check-Out
You will need to check-out at Ridgecrest South between 6 to 7:45 a.m. on your check out date. Luggage hold, if needed, is available at Ridgecrest South.

Two-Day Bama Bound Schedule
On-Campus Lodging
On-campus lodging during Bama Bound is at Ridgecrest South.
Check-In
If you have requested housing for the night before or the night of day one, please plan to arrive between 4:00 – 6:00 PM to check in at Ridgecrest South (students only). You will be assigned suitemates at Check-In.
Check-Out
You will need to check-out at Ridgecrest South between 6:00 – 7:45 AM on your check out date. Luggage hold, if needed, is available at Ridgecrest South. Breakfast is available from 7:15 – 7:50 AM in the 1st floor Multipurpose Room of Ridgecrest South to grab-and-go on your way to Russell Hall.

Join us for our evening programming, planned exclusively for students, filled with Tide Tunes, Cozy Conversations and Glow Garden Games. Ways to Pay: Student Account Services Find out more about your student bill and important deadlines to keep you on track. The Faculty Perspective Hear it from the experts themselves! A faculty member will offer advice and tips for navigating the difference between high school and college and getting to know your professors. Mental Health Matters The Counseling Center will provide guidance on personal growth while in college and how to find support for yourself and others. Paving Career Pathways How do you know what to do with your major? The Career Center is here to help! They’ll guide you through steps and ways to understanding your options for the future. |

Departure from Bama Bound
Your departure time from Bama Bound will vary based on your college’s registration process. Please keep this in mind for your travel plans. You are free to leave once you have registered for courses.
If you are at Bama Bound with family, you can connect with them on where to meet up after you are finished. They may pick you up at your college once you are finished. If you would like assistance getting back to the Student Center Deck, please ask an Avanti for assistance. Don’t forget to pick up any checked luggage at Ridgecrest South! After Bama Bound, please check your Crimson email account regularly for important information.
